Leave Emails on Your Server

Open Microsoft Outlook Express

Select Tools drop down menu and the Accounts... item.

Click on the account you wish to view in order to highlight it. You
can skip this step if the desired account is already highlighted.
Then click the Properties button.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- For Incoming mail, it should say POP3. If it says IMAP, then you do not need to perform this change.
- Check the box labeled Leave a copy of messages on server
- Check the box labeled Remove from server after
- For the number of days, enter 7.
- Click on the OK button to save this change.
